摘要
对攀钢4#高炉煤气提压增量后干式煤气除尘、发电工艺存在的问题进行了分析,并根据BDC差压高、TRT透平机效率低实际运行情况,实施优化、改造,降低了BDC差压,解决了透平机运行工况不足的瓶颈,改造后取得良好效益。
        Existing problems in the dry gas dedusting and TRT processes after gaspressure increment and output increase of Pangang's No. 4 blast furnace were analyzed.Based on the actual operating condition of high BDC pressure difference and low efficiencyof the TRT turbine, optimization and transformation were carried out to reduce BDC pres-sure difference, which has solved the bottleneck of insufficient turbine operation conditionand achieved favorable effect.
