摘要
目的:分析聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测外周血在带状疱疹诊断中的临床意义。方法:收集30例初诊的带状疱疹患者的外周血和疱液标本,通过PCR的检测外周血细胞和疱液中带状疱疹病毒,并通过免疫荧光、免疫病理进行验证。结果:PCR检测结果显示,30例患者外周血和疱液中带状疱疹病毒的核酸检测均为阳性。结论:PCR能检测外周血中的水痘-带状疱疹病毒,可用于带状疱疹的实验室诊断。
Objective: To determine the clinical significance of detecting varicella zoster in peripheral blood in the diagnosis of herpes zoster, using polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Methods: Peripheral blood and vesicular fluid were collected from 30 patients newly diagnosed with herpes zoster. Varicella zoster virus in peripheral blood cells and vesicular fluid was detected by PCR, followed by verification with immunofluorescence and immunopathology. Results: PCR showed presence of varicella zoster RNA in both peripheral blood and vesicular fluid in all 30 patients. Conclusions: PCR can detect varicella-zoster virus in peripheral blood, and can be used in the diagnosis of herpes zoster in laboratory
