协同采购环境下供应商选择模型与学习机制

摘要
考虑了协同采购环境下进行供应商选择的基本要求,按照目的性、系统性、适度性、定性与定量相结合、可操作性5个原则建立了协同采购环境下供应商选择的指标体系,包括质量、价格、供货与柔性、创新能力、协同能力、企业资质6个一级指标及其所包含的22个二级指标,并界定了指标的类型与具体的测量方式。在此基础上,提出一种能够识别供应商个性优势特征的模型,基于个性优势特征的识别结果,提出了标杆选择模型和供应商选择决策模型,为供应商间学习机制的设计与选择提供了依据。
Considering the fundamental requirements of supplier selection in collaborative purchasing environment, the index system of supplier selection is established according to five principles, which includes quality, price, supply and flexibility, ability of innovation, ability of collaboration and enterprise qualification. On this basis, types of indexes and measurement approaches are defined. The individual advantage identification model of suppliers and solution methods is put forward. The model of bench-marking selection and supplier selection decision is put forward based on the result of individual advantage identification, which provides a direction for learning mechanism design among suppliers.
