摘要
恶性肿瘤一直以来严重威胁着人类健康,近年来,其发病率和致死率逐步上升。随着生物医学的不断发展,分子诊断学和基因组精准筛查技术的进步,加快了人们在基因组层面对疾病的认识。基于上述背景,研究者们提出了"个体化治疗"的概念与模式。主要研究了一种新型的医学概念与医疗模式,即精准医疗。从精准医疗提出的背景,精准医疗的概念,具体实施方法及应用与展望等方面对精准医疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用做了详细的阐述。
