摘要
[目的]了解上海菜区中菜蚜对啶虫脒的抗性程度,指导农户合理用药。[方法]从使用过啶虫脒和氟虫啶胺腈的田块中采集菜蚜,以室内敏感品系作比较,室内浸渍法测定啶虫脒的杀虫活性。[结果]啶虫脒对不同用药情况采集的菜蚜的LC_(90)值分别为60.20、78.45、79.38、94.49、102.48 mg/L,对敏感品系的LC90值为10.48 mg/L。[结论]田间菜蚜对啶虫脒已产生较严重抗性,抗性水平10倍左右。
        [Aims] This paper aims to know the resistance level of aphids to acetamiprid in different vegetable areas in Shanghai,and to guide farmers to use pesticide rationally.[Methods] Aphids were collected from different fields in Shanghai and compared with susceptible strains reared indoors for a long time.The insecticidal activity of acetamiprid was determined in lab by aphids and leaf dip method.[Results] The LC_(90) values of acetamiprid to aphids collected from different fields were 60.20,78.45,79.38,94.49 and 102.48 mg/L,respectively,while to the sensitive strains was 10.48 mg/L.[Conclusions] Aphis collected from different fields had a serious resistance to acetamiprid,and the resistance level was about 10 times.
