中医药维持治疗肺脾气虚型中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫力疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察并分析中医药维持治疗肺脾气虚型中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫力的临床疗效。方法:本研究选取我科2014年6月-2015年12月收治的门诊或住院患者210例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的生存质量评分。结果:观察组患者的免疫功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的治疗有效率为48.18%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为30.00%,观察组患者的生存质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对肺脾气虚型中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者而言,采用中医药维持治疗能够提高患者的免疫力,宜广泛应用于临床治疗中。
        Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on immunity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of the Feipi Qixu type( 肺脾气虚型). Methods: From June 2014 to December 2015, 210 cases were divided into two groups. The quality of life scores were compared between groups. Results: The immune function in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05). The efficiency in the observation group was 48.18%, higher than 30.00% in the control group. The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM on immunity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of the Feipi Qixu type can improve the patient's immunity, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
