基于红外热成像技术对女性跆拳道服上衣热湿舒适性的研究

摘要
测试了6种常用运动服面料的基本性能,选取热湿舒适性较好的涤/棉45/55混纺针织面料,按照优化后的版型制作新型道服样衣,并与涤/棉45/55混纺机织面料制作的原道服样衣进行人体穿着对比试验。用红外热像仪拍摄训练后上身温度区域分布图,确定前胸部T1、腹部T2、腋下T3、背中T4 4个温度较高的区域,从而确定上身4个测量点来固定温、湿度传感器。试验者分别穿着2套试验样衣训练10 min,采集训练过程中4个部位的人体体表温、湿度数据。结果显示:训练前人体体表各部位平均温度为30.41℃,相对湿度为56.50%;穿着原道服样衣训练后身体各部位温度平均值为32.26℃,相对湿度为70.34%;穿着新型道服样衣训练后的上身皮肤温度平均值为31.16℃,相对湿度为64.71%。由此得出结论:由涤/棉45/55混纺针织面料制作的新型道服训练后温、湿度比原道服低,因此,优化后的道服热湿舒适性更好。
        The basic properties of 6 kinds of common sportswear fabrics are tested, 45/55 polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric is selected, and New taekwondo clothing is made according to the optimized version and compared with the original taekwondo clothing made of the 45/55 polyester/cotton blended woven fabric. Human body wearing experiment is carried out through the thermal infrared imaging technology which could take the photos of the temperature area after exercise, ensuring the highest temperature area as four testing locations of Prothorax T1, abdomen T2, underarm T3, and back T4 to fix the temperature and humidity sensors. The experimenters take for 10 minutes on 2 sets of experimental samples respectively, collecting the temperature and humidity data of human body surface of the four parts. The results show that the mean temperature value is 30.41℃ and humidity mean value is 56.50% before, the mean temperature value is 32.26℃ and mean humidity value is 70.34% after wearing the origin taekwondo clothing, while the mean temperature is 31.16℃ and the mean humidity is 64.71% after wearing the new taekwondo clothing. Therefore, the conclusion is obtained that 45/55 polyester/cotton blended fabric has better thermal and wet comfort than original suits with better comfortable.
