摘要
目前国内针对矿用带式输送机输送带压陷阻力的理论研究已经成熟,但大多数研究成果都是借助软件仿真取得。阐述了带式输送机输送带压陷阻力的国内外研究现状和实验装置研发的必要性,重点介绍该装置的机械结构组成、上位机软件、实验装置的创新点和优点。通过实验数据说明实验装置的稳定性和可靠性。
        At present, the theoretical research of indentation rolling resistance of conveyor belt in china has been very mature. However, majority of research results are obtained by means of the simulation of software. Expounds the present situation of research at home and abroad and the necessity of development of experimental device. Author focuses on the composition of mechanical structure of experimental device、software of upper computer、innovation and advantages of the device. Author proves the stability and reliability of experimental device with the help of test data.
