摘要
目的探讨助听后CE Chirp ABR反应阈与行为测听阈值的相关性。方法做出同一受试者在安静环境下的CE Chirp ABR声场下助听反应阈与声场行为测听助听听阈,分析比较其相关性。结果声场下助听后CE Chirp ABR反应阈与行为测听阈值比较,左耳各频率相关性系数r分别为0.886、0.853、0.931、0.901;右耳各频率相关性系数r分别为0.836、0.871、0.941、0.936;CE Chirp ABR反应阈比行为测听阈值高约4-18 dBnHL。结论对于行为测听不能配合、或准确性不确切的佩戴助听器患儿,可采用声场下测试CE Chirp ABR反应阈进行助听听阈测试或验证。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between CE Chirp ABR and behavioral thresholds in infants with hearing impairment following hearing aid fitting. Methods CE Chirp ABR and behavioral audiometry were conducted in the same participants in a quiet sound field. Thresholds were compared subsequently between the two tests.Results For 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 k Hz, r was 0.886, 0.853, 0.931 and 0.901 for the left ear, and 0.836, 0.871, 0.941 and 0.936 for the right ear, respectively. In addition, CE Chirp ABR thresholds were 4-18 dB higher compared with the behavioral thresholds. Conclusion The results suggest that CE Chirp ABRs can improve accuracy in identifying hearing loss in young individuals, thereby being an alternative in estimating aided sound-field thresholds in difficult-to-test infants.
