疏肝健脾和胃汤对肝胃郁热证胃食管反流性疾病患者的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗肝胃郁热证胃食管反流性疾病(GERD)的效果。方法选取本院2016年2月至2018年4月收治的79例GRED患者,随机分成观察组(40例)与对照组(39例)。对照组给予患者使用兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组则给予患者自拟中药疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗,比较两组效果。结果治疗后观察组症候积分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗2个月后停药1个月,观察组疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组(20.51%,P <0.05)。结论中药疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗胃郁热证GERD的远期疗效显著,停药后患者疾病复发率低且治疗期间患者不良反应也较低。
Objective To investigate the effect of treating patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GORD)with Shugan Jianpi Hewei Decoction. Methods A total of 79 GRED patients admitted to the hospital from February2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(39 cases). The control group was given Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets. The observation group gave the patient the treatment of Shugan Jianpi Hewei Decoction,and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After2 months of treatment,the relapse rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.51%,P<0.05). Conclusion The long-term curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Hewei Decoction in treating GERD is significant,the relapse is low and the adverse reaction is also low.
