中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调的疗效

摘要
目的:探究中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调的疗效。方法:选取妇科内分泌失调患者72例,在我院于2018年1月至2018年12月进行治疗,观察组及对照组,两组各36例。取中西医结合治疗的是观察组,择常规治疗的是对照组。对比两组性激素指标变化、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗前两组性激素指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组较治疗前均获得明显改善(P<0.05),且相较于对照组,观察组的E2、FSH性激素指标改善情况较为显著(P<0.05);相较于对照组27例(75.00%),观察组的临床治疗总有效率34例(94.44%)更加优异(P<0.05);相较于对照组纳差、轻微乏力、大便性状变稀的不良反应总发生率3例(8.33%),观察组的2例(5.56%)对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对妇科内分泌失调患者,采用中西医结合治疗,能够明显改善患者临床症状及生活质量,促进患者康复,取得显著治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods: Seventy-two patients with gynecological endocrine disorders were selected and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018. The observation group and the control group had 36 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,while the control group was treated with routine treatment. The changes of sex hormone indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex hormone indexes between the two groups( P>0.05),but after treatment,the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment( P< 0.05),and compared with the control group,the improvement of E2 and FSH sex hormone indexes in the observation group was more significant( P<0.05); the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant( P<0.05); compared with 27 cases in the control group( 75. 00%) and the clinical treatment in the observation group. The total effective rate of 34 cases( 94.44%) was better,and the difference between the two groups was significant( P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 3 cases( 8.33%) with poor appetite,slight fatigue and diluted stool traits,and 2 cases( 5. 56%) in the observation group had significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: For patients with gynecological endocrine disorders,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,achieve significant therapeutic effect,with clinical value.
