摘要
氧指数法是评价无卤阻燃电缆料阻燃性能的常用方法,但近年来的研究表明,不论对电缆还是材料,其垂直燃烧特性与氧指数并无一致的对应关系。使用锥形量热分析、垂直燃烧性能测试、氧指数测试、TGA等测试方法研究无卤阻燃电缆材料的燃烧性能,并研究极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧总余焰时间(T_f)与锥形量热仪测试参数间的相关性。结果表明:LOI与T_f的相关系数仅为-0.60,显著性水平为0.150,故用LOI直接表征材料的垂直燃烧阻燃性能可能会引起较大误差;火灾逃逸指数(FPI)与T_f的相关系数高达-0.92,显著性水平小于0.01,所以可以采用FPI表征材料的垂直燃烧特性,也可用T_f来预示材料在真实火灾中的燃烧行为。
        Oxygen index method is a common method for evaluating the flame-retardant properties of halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials. However, the researches in recent years indicate that there is no consistent relationship between the vertical combustion properties and oxygen index for cables or materials. The combustion properties of halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials were studied by cone calorimetric analysis, vertical combustion performance test, oxygen index test, and TGA, and the correlation between limited oxygen index(LOI), total flame remaining time of vertical combustion(T_f), and the test parameters of cone calorimeter were studied. The results show that the correlation coefficient between LOI and T_fis merely-0.60 and the significance level is 0.150, so there will be large deviation using LOI to characterize the vertical combustion properties of materials directly. The correlation coefficient between fire escape index(FPI) and T_fis-0.92 and the significance level is less than 0.01, therefore, the FPI can be used to characterize the vertical combustion properties of material, and the T_fcan be also used to predict the combustion behavior of materials in real fires.
