摘要
简单介绍了超前支架的液压系统,选型设计关键元器件。对安全阀的作用、要求、结构、特征等作了相应研究,分析了安全阀对周期来压的响应及工作特性。把研究成果应用于煤矿实践,还与普通超前支架作了对比,结果表明液压系统控制的超前支架性能好,安全性高,支护效果佳。
        The hydraulic system of the advance support is briefly introduced, and the key components of the selection and design are introduced. The function, requirement, structure and characteristics of the safety valve are studied. The response and working characteristics about the safety valve to periodic pressure are analyzed. The research results are applied to the coal mine practice and compared with the common lead support. The results show that the hydraulic system control lead support has good performance, high safety and good support effect.
