摘要
搪玻璃因其优异的耐腐蚀性能而被广泛应用于各种腐蚀工况的压力容器。在搪烧工艺一定的情况下,搪玻璃设备的耐酸碱腐蚀性能很大程度上取决于搪玻璃釉的成分。分别选择普通型、耐酸型和耐酸耐碱型3种搪玻璃釉料,研究了不同釉料时搪玻璃层的耐酸碱腐蚀性能,并结合腐蚀后的表面微观形貌,探讨了釉料的化学成分对瓷层耐腐蚀性能的影响。
The glass-lined coating was widely used in pressure vessels of various corrosive conditions due to its excellent corrosion resistance. In the case of a certain calcination process, the acid-alkali corrosion resistance of the glass-lined equipment depended largely on the composition of the glass-lined glaze. The acid-alkali corrosion resistance of glass-lined glaze layers with different glazes was studied by choosing three kinds of glaze materials: ordinary glaze, acid-resistant glaze and acid-alkali-resistant glaze. The effect of the chemical composition of glaze on the corrosion resistance of ceramic coatings was discussed based on the micro-morphology of the corroded surface.
