血小板参数与颈动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死关系的研究进展

摘要
<正>脑梗死又称缺血性脑卒中,是指不同原因导致脑部血液供应不足,促使脑组织坏死,而出现相应神经功能缺损的一类临床综合征。治疗脑梗死有时间窗限制,故早期发现脑梗死尤为重要,但是部分脑梗死患者发病早期无明显症状,而且影像学检查未见异常,导致病情判断困难,错失最佳治
