摘要

日本学前教育阶段幼稚园和保育所一直处于分立的状况,分别归文部科学省和厚生劳务省管辖,形成了二元体制。日本创办"认定孩子园"是推进幼保一体化的重要举措,其中幼保连携型"认定孩子园"是"认定孩子园"的一种类型。2014年文部科学省、厚生劳动省和内阁府共同颁布了《幼保连携型认定孩子园教育·保育要领》,以法律的形式明确规定了幼保连携型"认定孩子园"是学校兼儿童福利设施机构。因此研究幼保连携型"认定孩子园"的历史发展、特征、生活状态以及作用对了解日本学前教育的发展具有重要的意义。
        In Japap during the stage of preschool education,kindergartens and nursery schools have always been separated,belonging to the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare respectively.Creating "Authorized Child Garden" in an important measure to promote unification,Cooperation Type Authorization is a type of "Authorized Child Garden",and The "Teaching and childcare guideline"announced by the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Health,Labour an Welfare and Cabinet Office declared clearly by law that Cooperation Type Authorization is a combination of school and children's welfare institution.Therefore,the study on the historical developmet,characteristics,life status and function of Cooperation Type Authorization is of critical importance for understanding the development of preschool education in Japan.
