应用家属互补式健康教育护理模式对小儿发热患者干预效果分析

摘要
目的探究应用家属互补式健康教育护理模式对小儿发热患者干预效果。方法将我院2016年2月-2017年3月接诊的86例小儿发热患者通过奇偶法将其平均分为实验组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),予以对照组小儿患者常规护理干预,实验组小儿患者在接受常规护理干预的基础上,予以家属互补式健康教育护理模式进行干预,对比两组小儿患者的治疗效果及家长的护理效果。结果对照组小儿患者的治疗总有效率及小儿患者家属相关护理知识(体温测量、降温措施、药物选择、发热初期处理、小儿发热知识)的总及格率均明显低于实验组,组间差异显著,(P<0.05)产生统计学意义。结论将家属互补式健康教育护理模式应用于小儿发热患者中,能够提高治疗总有效率,缩短小儿发热患者的康复时间,促进小儿患者家属正确了解小儿发热后的各项处理措施。
        Objective To explore the effect of familyof complementary health educationnursing model on interventionforchildren with fever. Methods To our hospital in February 2016-March 2017 alone,86 cases of pediatric patients with fever through parity law its average can be divided into experimental group(n=43) and control group(n=43) and control group in pediatric patients with routine nursing intervention,the experimental group in pediatric patients with nursing intervention,on the basis of families to complementary health education intervention nursing mode,compare the curative effect of two groups of pediatric patients and the effect of parental care.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the total passing rate of nursing knowledge(body temperature measurement,cooling measures,drug selection,initial treatment of fever,and knowledge of fever in children) of pediatric patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05),showing statistical significance. Conclusion The application of family complementary health education nursing mode in pediatric patients with fever can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the recovery time of pediatric patients with fever,and promote the family members of pediatric patients to correctly understand the treatment measures of pediatric patients with fever.
