摘要
火气系统是石油化工现场重要的安全保护系统,属于安全仪表系统的一类。火气系统的功能有效性体现于对火灾和危险气体泄漏事件风险后果的抑制能力。根据ISA-TR84.00.07推荐的定量风险评估模型,从探测器覆盖率、回路功能的安全可用性及减灾措施的减灾效率三个层面分析火气系统的保护功能,可实现对系统的风险抑制效果的绩效评估。
Fire and Gas System(FGS) is an important safety protection system in the field of petrochemical industry, as a branch of the Safety Instrument System(SIS). The functional effectiveness of FGS is reflected in its ability to suppress the risk consequences of potential fire and dangerous gas leakage. According to ISATR84.00.07, quantitative risk assessment model can be used to analyses the risk reduction effect of FGS function from three factors: detector coverage, safety availability and mitigation effectiveness.
