Interleukin-34, as a novel cytokine, has been widely discussed in recent years. As a proinflammatory cytokine, interleukin-34 is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases, especially autoimmune diseases. However, the specific mechanism of interleukin-34 in diseases remains to be further studied. Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize the relationship between interleukin-34 and clinical diseases, to study the mechanism of interleukin-34 and to seek potential therapeutic targets for related clinical diseases.
