摘要
以某机型全机工艺模型为研究对象,提出了全机工艺模型的定义、管理和应用,从人员、数据、流程等方面建立工艺模型定义与管理的方法,并从企业整体上制定机加、钣金、复材、装配等零部件的工艺模型定义规范,形成由工艺模型定义和管理的组织、软硬件系统和相应方法与规范共同构成的全机工艺模型管理体系,实现工艺模型的快速定义,保证工艺模型的系统组织管理,从而满足新机型在制造装配过程中对工艺模型的需求。
        By taking the overall process model of a certain type of aircraft as the research object, this paper puts forward the definition, management and application of overall process model, and establishes the definition and management method of process model in terms of personnel, data, technological process, takes the enterprise as a whole to work out the process model definition standard of machining, sheet metal,composite, and assembling for parts and components, forms the organization, software and hardware system defined and managed by the process model as well as the overall process model management system formed jointly by the corresponding method and standard so as to realize the fast definition of process model and ensure the system organizational management of process model, thereby, the requirement of new type of aircraft for process model during manufacturing and assembling can be met.
