摘要
针对大型半潜式船舶自下而上建造周期长及船台和船坞利用率低下等问题,以某半潜式起重铺管船坞内建造为例,提出基于上组块顶升、下组块滑移的大型半潜式起重铺管船坞内建造整体合拢方案,基于有限元方法计算支墩和顶升底座承重大小,校核坞底最大承载力,验证合拢方案可行性。
        In view of the long bottom-up construction period of large semi-submersible crane vessel and the low utilization rate of the slipway and the dock, the construction of a semi-submersible crane vessel lifting piped dock was taken as an example. A holistic integration plan was proposed for a large semi-submersible crane vessel based on the jacking of the upper block and the sliding of the lower block. The bearing capacity of the buttress and the jacking base was calculated by the finite element method, and the maximum bearing capacity of the bottom of the dock was checked. The results verified the feasibility of the holistic integration scheme.
