摘要
目的优选葛黄颗粒乙醇渗漉工艺。方法以乙醇提取物中有效成分鸢尾苷含量为指标,通过单因素试验比较乙醇渗漉法、乙醇超声法和乙醇回流法,确定葛黄颗粒中醇提药材的提取方法;运用高效液相色谱法,使用正交设计法,优选葛黄颗粒乙醇提取工艺。结果采用乙醇渗漉法提取,最佳工艺为:8倍量60%乙醇,浸泡12h,流速为1m L·min-1。结论采用该渗漉工艺提取,葛黄颗粒乙醇提取物中鸢尾苷的收率较高且稳定。
        Objective:To optimize the process of ethanol percolation in Gehuang Granule.Methods:By taking the content of tectoridin in the ethanol extract as an index and by single factor test,ethanol percolation method,ethanol ultrasonic method and ethanol reflux method were compared to determine the extraction method of alcohol extraction medicinal material in Gezhong granule.By using HPLC and orthogonal design method,the ethanol extraction process of Gezhong Granule was optimized.Results:The best extraction process was ethanol percolation method.The optimum conditions were as follows,8 times the amount of 60% ethanol,soaking for 12 hours,with 1 m L·min-1 of flow rate.Conclusion:According to the percolation process,the yield of tectoridin of ethanol percolation in Gehuang Granule is high and stable.
