摘要
通过对国内275栋既有公共建筑进行调研,对其结构构造、结构承载力、抗震构造、抗震承载力、损伤状况、变形状况和耐久性进行鉴定,得到现阶段我国不同年代、不同结构类型、不同地区、不同用途的既有公共建筑安全性能现状。根据调研结果,结合我国现有关于既有公共建筑安全性能鉴定与评价的标准规范,总结出各项性能的分级方法,并提出了既有公共建筑安全性能的分级建议,为既有公共建筑安全性能的提升提供量化标准。
Based on the investigation of 275 existing public buildings in China, the structure, bearing capacity, seismic structure, seismic bearing capacity, damage status, deformation status and durability of these buildings were identified. The present situation of the safety performance of existing public buildings with different ages, different structure types, different regions and different uses was obtained. Combining with the investigation results and the existing standards and codes for the appraisal and evaluation of the safety performance of existing public buildings, the classification methods of various performances were summarized and the classification suggestion of the safety performance of existing public buildings was put forward, providing quantitative standards for improvement of safety performance of existing public buildings.
