瓜蒌皮注射剂与益气复脉注射剂治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛的药物经济学分析

摘要
目的比较瓜蒌皮注射剂与益气复脉注射剂治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的成本差异,为临床医师合理选择药物提供参考。方法选择医院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者86例,按随机数字表法分为瓜蒌皮注射剂组(A组)和益气复脉注射剂组(B组),各43例。结果两组患者总有效率分别为95.35%和93.02%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.599> 0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P=0.460> 0.05)。A组患者平均药物成本为6769.23元,平均检查及治疗成本为1374.83元,平均住院成本为879.63元,平均总成本为9023.69元; B组患者平均药物成本为4691.87元,平均检查及治疗成本为1167.32元,平均住院成本为973.51元,平均总成本为6832.70元; A组患者平均总成本显著高于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。敏感度分析和最小成本分析结论相同。结论益气复脉注射剂治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的平均成本比瓜蒌皮注射剂更低,用药经济性更好,临床可根据患者实际情况选用。
Objective To compare the cost differences between Gualoupi Injection and Yiqi Fumai Injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and to provide reference for clinicians to choose drugs reasonably.Methods Totally 86 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into Gualoupi Injection group(group A) and Yiqi Fumai Injection group(group B),43 cases in each group.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 95.35% and 93.02%,respectively,with no significant difference(P = 0.599 > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P = 0.460 > 0.05).The average drug cost,the average cost of examination and treatment,the average cost of hospitalization and the average total cost in group A were 6769.23 Yuan,1374.83 Yuan, 879.63 Yuan and 9023.69 Yuan, respectively, which were 4691.87 Yuan, 1167.32 Yuan, 973.51 Yuan and 6832.70 Yuan in group B.The average total cost in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P < 0.05).The results of the sensitivity analysis were consistent with the cost-minimum analysis.Conclusion Compared with Gualoupi Injection, Yiqi Fumai Injection has lower average cost and better economy in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The drugs should be chosen according to the disease condition of patients in the clinic.
