中医护理联合优质护理对急性粒细胞白血病患者的护理研究

摘要
目的探究中医护理联合优质护理在急性粒细胞白血病患者护理中的应用。方法选取2018年6月—2018年12月收治的急性粒细胞白血病患者70例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组予以优质护理,试验组予以中医护理联合优质护理。治疗结束后对比分析2组患者的生活质量、焦虑抑郁情况、血液指标恢复时间以及症状改善情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组干预后WHOQOL-BREF评分较高,焦虑和抑郁评分较低,白细胞、血小板以及血红蛋白恢复正常时间缩短,食欲改善、乏力减轻、虚汗减少比例较高(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合优质护理可以提急性粒细胞白血病患者的生活质量,改善患者症状以及患者不良情绪。
Objective To explore the application of traditional Ch inese medicine nursing combined with high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with acute myeloid leukemia. Methods Seventy patients with acute granulocytic leukemia from June 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received high-quality nursing, while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with high-quality nursing. After treatment, the quality of life, anxiety and depression, recovery time of blood indicators and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the WHOQOL-BREF score of the experimental group were higher, anxiety and depression score of the experimental group were lower, the recovery time of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin of the experimental group were shorter, and the proportion of appetite improvement, fatigue alleviation and deficiency sweat reduction of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing combined with high quality nursing can improve the quality of life, symptoms and bad mood of patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
