摘要

在新的国家战略发展需求、新的国际竞争形势以及新的人才培养要求的情况下,新工科应运而生。从新工科人才培养体系的构建、环境氛围的营造和有效途径的探索等方面探讨了培养新工科一流人才的措施和途径,以期为新时代高等工程教育改革提供参考。
        The emerging engineering education has been formed based on the new needs of national strategic development,the new situation of international competition and the new requirements of strengthen moral education and cultivate people. The measures and methods of cultivating first-class talents of emerging engineering education are discussed in aspects of the construction of talents training system, building environment and atmosphere and exploration of effective ways in order to provide reference for education form of higher engineering education in new era.
