摘要
自流控制灌浆技术是基于自密实混凝土、自密实砂浆等发展起来的一项灌浆防渗技术。基本原理是采用自流控制灌浆技术,对堆石体(或堰塞体)初始颗粒进行胶结,形成粒径可控的胶结块体,作为防渗加固体系,再采取自上而下(或自下而上)逐层进行灌注的方式,形成连续的灌浆胶结体系,胶结体连续形成可进行帷幕灌浆的防渗墙结构体,再进行帷幕灌浆作为大坝堆石体(或堰塞体)的抗渗体。由于自流控制灌浆具有工艺简单,造孔简便,施工成本低,方便补强,风险可控等优点,在大坝除险加固、堰塞体加固、改善复杂地层的物理力学性能等工程中具有广阔的应用前景。
        Self-flow control grouting technology is based on self-compacting concrete, self-compacting mortar and other developed grouting anti-seepage technology. The basic principle is to use the artesian control grouting technology to cement the initial particles of rockfill body(or dammed body) to form a cemented block with controllable particle size, which can be used as an anti-seepage reinforcement system. A continuous grouting and cementing system is formed by filling layer by layer from top to bottom(or from bottom to top), and the cemented body continuously forms an impervious wall structure that can be used for curtain grouting. The curtain grouting is used as the impervious body of the rockfill body(or dammed body) of the dam. Since the artesian control grouting has the advantages of simple technology, simple hole making, low construction cost, convenient reinforcement and controllable risk, etc. It has broad application prospects in dam reinforcement, improvement of physical and mechanical properties of complex strata and so on.
