摘要
针对目前航空地面特种车辆的电动化,设计出机场摆渡车用永磁同步轮毂电机。首先给出永磁同步轮毂电机基本尺寸和基本参数,其次利用有限元软件对电机空载特性进行仿真计算,分析气隙长度和永磁体厚度、极弧系数对轮毂电机性能的影响。最后综合分析结构参数的改变对齿槽转矩和反电势的影响,确定电机最优结构尺寸。
The permanent magnet synchronous in-wheel motor in airport ferry was designed for Electrification of special aviation ground vehicles in this paper. Firstly,the basic dimensions and basic parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous in-wheel motor were calculated. Secondly,the simulation of no load characteristics was carried out by using finite element method and the influence of the air gap length,permanent magnet thickness and pole-arc coefficient on in-wheel motor performance was also analyzed. Lastly,the optimal structure size was determined by analyzing the influence of the structural parameters change on the cogging torque and back EMF.
