摘要
介绍了某俯仰液压系统闭式油箱的结构组成和工作原理,说明了闭式油箱静态补油加压方法,并分别进行了手动操作和电机驱动条件下的使用性能试验。结果表明:该系统运行正常、状态稳定,闭式油箱内油液压力在每个循环过程波动很小,温度随时间变化较平稳,能够满足使用要求。
        It introduces the structure form and working principle of a pitching hydraulic system for a closed tank. A static charge method of the tank was illustrated,and performance tests were carried out using a manual operation and the motor driving conditions separately. The results show that the system is operating normally,steady in state,the oil pressure fluctuation within the closed tank during each cycle is very small,and the temperature is relatively stable along with chinge in time. It is able to meet the requirements in application.
