摘要
为实现用电器的零功耗待机,基于现有的电子设备,研发出一种节能插座。插座主要包含电源模块、交流开关模块、功率计量模块以及单片机主控模块。电源模块主要将220V交流转换成低压直流供控制电路工作;交流开关模块主要包含光电耦合器、双向晶闸管和RC吸收电路等,用于负载电器的开关控制;功率计量模块实时采集电路工作时的电压、电流信息,并通过IC芯片输出脉冲信号传输给单片机;单片机主控电路通过传入的脉冲信号来控制用电器的开关。可以在用电器处于待机状态时,自行切断用电器与市电的连接,实现零功耗待机。
In order to achieve the zero power consumption of the appliance, Based on existing electronic equipment,we have developed an energy-saving socket.The socket mainly includes power module, ac switch module, power metering module and MCU main control module.The power module mainly converts 220 V ac into low voltage dc supply control circuit.The ac switch module mainly includes photoelectric coupler, bidirectional thyristor and RC absorption circuit,switch control for load circuit,The voltage and current information of the real-time acquisition circuit of the power meter circuit is transmitted to the MCU by IC chip output pulse signal,The MCU circuit controls the switch of the electrical appliance by the incoming pulse signal.The system can cut off the connection between the electric appliance and the municipal power when the appliance is in standby mode, and realize the zero power standby.
