吴氏扶阳方治疗阳虚型变应性鼻炎29例临床观察

摘要
目的观察吴氏扶阳方治疗阳虚型变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法将60例阳虚型变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组予吴氏扶阳方治疗,每日1剂;对照组予金匮肾气丸治疗,每次1丸,每日两次。两组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状、体征积分,检测鼻腔分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞比例。结果治疗组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例。治疗组29例中显效14例、有效12例、无效3例,总有效率为89. 66%;对照组28例中分别为7例、12例、9例,总有效率为67. 86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组治疗后各中医症状、体征积分及总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P <0. 05);对照组治疗后鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏、自汗、鼻黏膜积分及总积分较治疗前明显降低(P <0. 05),畏寒、乏力积分差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗组治疗后流涕、喷嚏积分及总积分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后鼻涕中嗜酸性粒细胞均较治疗前明显减少(P <0. 05))。结论吴氏扶阳方治疗阳虚型变应性鼻炎可以改善患者的症状和体征,对鼻涕中嗜酸性粒细胞有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of WU's Fuyang Prescription( 吴氏扶阳方) in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients of yang deficiency syndrome. Methods A total of 60 allergic rhinitis patients of yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given WU's Fuyang Prescription,one dose per day. The control group was treated by Jingui Shenqi Pills( 金匮肾气丸),one pill each time,twice a day. The course of treatment for both groups was 2 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) symptom and sign scores of both groups before and after treatment were compared. The proportion of eosinophils in nasal secretions of both groups was detected. Results There was one dropoff case in the treatment group,and 2 drop-off cases in the control group. Among the 29 patients in the treatment group,14 cases showed remarkable effectiveness,12 cases were effective,and 3 cases showed no effects,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 66%. Among the 28 patients in the control group,7 cases showed remarkable effectiveness,12 cases were effective,and 9 cases showed no effects,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67. 86%. After rank-sum test,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,all TCM symptoms,sign scores and total scores of the treatment group were significantly decreased than before treatment( P < 0. 05). The scores of symptoms and signs of nasal obstruction,runny nose,nasal itching,sneezing,spontaneous sweating and nasal mucosa in the control group were significantly decreased than before treatment( P <0. 05). There was not significant difference in the control group in aversion to cold and fatigue symptoms( P >0. 05). After treatment,the scores of runny nose and sneeze in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The eosinophils in the nasal discharge of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion WU's Fuyang Prescription in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients of yang deficiency syndrome can improve the symptoms and signs of the patients,and has a certain inhibition effects on the eosinophils in the nasal discharge.
