摘要
某食品企业速冻间采用水冷式压缩冷凝机组。运行一年后,压缩机的排气压力超出压缩机的允许范围,速冻间的温度不能降至生产工艺要求的温度。通过技术分析并逐一排查可能的原因,发现压缩冷凝机组配置的水冷式冷凝器偏小,导致制冷系统的冷凝压力升高、制冷量下降。由于机房的限制和业主的要求,在制冷系统上增设并联一台风冷式冷凝器。经改造和实际运行后,排气压力降至正常范围,速冻间温度满足生产需求。
        Water-cooled refrigerating compressor condensing units were used in a food enterprise for quick freezing rooms. After one year running, the discharge pressure of the compressor exceeded the allowable range, and temperature of the quick freezing room could not meet the production process requirements. Through technical analysis, the possible causes were investigated one by one, and it was found that the small heat exchange area of the water-cooled condenser leads to an increase in the condensing pressure of the refrigeration system and a decrease in the cooling capacity. After adding an air-cooled condenser to the refrigeration system, the exhaust pressure dropped to the normal range, and the temperature in the quick freezing room met the production demand.
