摘要
目前水冷式机房空调产品全年能效比的测试是将实测制冷量的3%作为冷水循环泵和冷却塔风机的消耗功率,这与机组的实际运行情况具有明显差异。本文根据GB/T19413—2010中的计算方法计算各工况点的冷水循环泵和冷却塔风机的消耗功率,并与实际的冷水循环泵和冷却塔风机的消耗功率进行比较。结果表明,进行全年能效比测试时,使用工况点A的实测制冷量的3%作为各工况点的冷水循环泵和冷却塔风机的消耗功率相对更符合实际情况。
        At present,3% of the cooling capacity is used as the power consumption of the chilled water circulating pump and the cooling tower fan when testing the AEERof water-cooled air-conditioning for computer room,which has big difference from the actual operating unit.Based on the calculation methods stated in GB/T19413-2010,the power consumptions of chilled water circulating pump and cooling tower fan at different operating points are obtained and compared with actual power consumptions of chilled water circulating pump and cooling tower fan.The results show that when testing the AEER,using 3% of the measured cooling capacity of the operating point A as the power consumption of the chilled water circulating pump and the cooling tower fan for each operating point,is more consistent with the actual situation.
