基于师德师风视域下的职业院校校园文化特征研究

摘要
新形势下职业院校的师德师风建设成效缓慢,需突破固有思维,充分融入高校以德树人、以文育人、以文教人之"大思政"体系中,全面谋划、积极探索,深入研究和分析师德师风视域下职业院校校园文化的特征,以推进职业院校师德师风建设和校园文化建设的融合发展。
Under the new situation, the construction of teachers' morality and style in vocational colleges is slow, and it is necessary to break through the inherent thinking and fully integrate into the "big thoughts" system of the university, with the people of Wenshu, the scholars, and the cultural and educational people. Actively explore, in-depth study and the characteristics of the campus culture of vocational colleges under the vision of the teacher, to promote the integration of the development of teachers' morality and professional culture in the vocational colleges.
