石圪台选煤厂刮板输送机保护系统的应用

摘要
为了进一步完善刮板运输机在选煤厂的使用和维护,对比分析了选煤厂胶带运输机和刮板运输机的优缺点,阐述了刮板输送机的工作原理和常见故障及处理办法。在研究了刮板输送机的工作原理的基础上,总结了常见的刮板运输机故障和原因,并针对原有保护的不足,研发了一套完备的刮板输送机运行的安全保护系统,保证刮板运输机的正常运行,从而最大限度的保证了刮板输送机的运行效率。
In order to further improve the use and maintenance of scraper conveyor in coal preparation plant,the advantages and disadvantages of belt conveyor and scraper conveyor in coal preparation plant were compared and analyzed. By analyzing the working principle,common faults and treatment methods of scraper conveyor,a set of safety protection system for scraper conveyor was developed to ensure the normal operation of scraper conveyor,which can improve the operation efficiency of scraper conveyor.
