摘要
目的:利用高效液相色谱法建立了甘草生品及其炮制品的指纹图谱,为甘草及其不同炮制品的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用色谱柱Dikma Technologies-C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,切换检测波长,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1)。结果:建立了甘草及4种炮制品的指纹图谱,共标定了15个共有特征峰,指认了其中7个成分。结论:运用HPLC建立甘草饮片的指纹图谱,可为药材质量评价提供更为全面的信息。
Objective:To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram for the quality control of prepared slices of Licorice and its four processed products.Methods:The separation was performed on a Dikma Technologies-C_(18) ODS(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphate acid.The column flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),switching wavelength with the time.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of licorice and four processed products were established.The fifteen common peaks were calibrated and seven peaks were recognized.Conclusion:Using HPLC to establish the fingerprint of Licorice can provide more comprehensive information for the quality evaluation of medicinal materials.
