摘要

特色小镇是依赖于某一特色产业和特色环境因素打造的新型城镇模式。以产业集聚来发挥人才集聚功能,是甪直特色小镇发展的迫切需求。通过对甪直镇的模具产业发展基础、模具企业现状和行业结构、模具产业人才现状的分析研究,提出以"平台建设""政府保障""服务提升"等措施促进模具产业高端技能人才集聚发展策略。
        The featured town is a new type of urbanization drawing upon its specially-featured industry and environ. The featured town of Luzhi urgently calls for the convergence of talents via its concentrated industry. By analyzing Luzhi's mold industry development on account of the mold industry as a whole, its present situation and structure, as well as its status quo of talents in this ?eld, it is proposed to promote the converging development of high skilled technical talents in the mold industry via such measures as setting up platforms, government guarantee and service upgrading.
