放射迟发性臂丛神经损伤1例并机制探讨

<正>臂丛神经支配上肢、肩周、胸上部和外侧部骨骼肌的运动及感觉,是一组重要的外周神经,并且走形复杂。放射性臂丛神经损伤会导致上肢部分或全部功能丧失,致残率高,而且难以恢复。现将我科收治的1例病例汇报如下,并将其机制进行探讨。1病例资料患者,女,62岁,农民。因右手麻木3 y,加重伴活动不灵6 m入院。患者于3 y前受凉后出现右手麻木,无肢体活动不佳,无头痛头晕,无双下肢疼痛,未诊治。此后右手麻木逐
