摘要
新疆某化工建设项目的铬钼合金钢蒸汽管线在完成焊缝热处理后测定的焊缝硬度普遍偏高。国内外各标准规范对铬钼合金钢管道焊缝硬度合格范围的规定存在着某些差异,采用不同的标准规范进行验收时,可能得出相反结论。为了在铬钼合金钢管道焊缝的施工验收中准确判断焊缝硬度是否合格,文章分析了各主要标准规范存在差异的原因,将焊缝熔敷金属的性能差异和管内介质特性纳入考虑,给出铬钼合金钢管道焊缝硬度合格范围的建议,以利于管道焊接施工验收工作的顺利进行。
        The weld hardness of Cr-Mo alloy steel steam pipe of a chemical construction project in Xinjiang after the completion of weld heat treatment is generally high. There are some differences between the domestic and international codes and standards on the qualified range of weld hardness of chrome-molybdenum alloy steel pipe. When using different code and standard for acceptance,the opposite conclusion may be drawn. In order to accurately judge whether the weld hardness is qualified in the construction acceptance of the Cr-Mo alloy steel pipe weld,the paper analyzes the reasons for the differences between the main codes and standards,and takes into account the performance difference of the weld deposited metal and the characteristics of the medium in the pipe. The recommendation of qualified range of weld hardness of Cr-Mo alloy steel pipe is provided to facilitate the smooth progress of pipe welding construction acceptance work.
