摘要
目的:观察实验大鼠胃内温度梯度变化及其对肠道菌群的影响。方法:用红外测温仪热电偶探头测量大鼠灌胃前后胃内温度,采用酶联免疫学方法检测血清激素指标,采用"16SrRNA基因区"检测分析肠道菌群。结果:冰水组与常温水组大鼠灌胃后30s内胃内温度与初始温度对比,显著降低(P<0.01);肛温与初始肛温对比,差异无统计学意义。冰水组棒状杆菌属、拟杆菌属较常温水组显著减少(P<0.05),而柔膜菌门显著增多(P<0.05)。冰水组血清5-HT含量较常温水组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:冰水和常温水灌胃,大鼠胃内温度30s未恢复,两组大鼠灌胃后30s内寒冷刺激未传至肛门。大鼠胃肠温度变化,会使肠道菌群发生改变。
        Objective: To observe the changes of temperature gradient in the stomach of rats and the effects on the intestinal flora. Methods: The temperature in the stomach of rats before and after perfusion was measured by infrared thermocouple probe, the serum hormone index was detected by enzyme-linked immunology, and the intestinal flora was analyzed by ‘16 SrRNA gene region'. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the initial temperature and the intra-gastric temperature within 30 seconds after intragastric administration(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the anal temperature and the initial anal temperature. The intestinal flora of the rats in each group showed changes in Corynebacterium,Bacteroides, and Turicibacter(P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in 5-HT between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The temperature in the stomach of rats is not restored for 30 seconds after the intragastric administration of ice water and normal temperature, and the stimulation is not transmitted to the anus within 30 seconds after the intragastric administration of rats in the two groups. The change of gastrointestinal temperature in rats can change the intestinal flora.
