吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法 52例高血压合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照患者就诊的先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,各26例。对照组患者给予吲达帕胺治疗,实验组患者给予吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗,观察两组患者的疗效、血压水平以及心力衰竭症状评分。结果实验组患者的总有效率为96.2%,显著优于对照组的73.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的收缩压(117.9±3.5)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(78.2±2.9)mm Hg优于对照组的(128.1±7.1)、(87.6±6.1)mmHg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组心力衰竭症状评分为(2.0±0.4)分,低于对照组的(2.8±0.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合培哚普利治疗高血压合并心力衰竭,疗效显著,可有效改善血压水平,降低心力衰竭症状评分,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Indapamide combined with Perindopril in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 52 hypertension patients complicated with heart failure were selected as research objects, they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of patient visits, 26 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Indapamide, patients in the experimental group were treated with Indapamide combined with Perindopril. The curative effect, blood pressure level and heart failure symptom score between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.2%, which was significantly better than 73.1% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were(117.9±3.5) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) and(78.2±2.9) mm Hg respectively, which were significantly better than(128.1±7.1) mm Hg and(87.6±6.1) mm Hg of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The heart failure symptom score of the experimental group was(2.0±0.4) scores, which was significantly lower than(2.8±0.8) scores of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Indapamide combined with Perindopril in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure is significant, can effectively improve blood pressure, reduce the symptom score of heart failure, and is worthy of promotion.
