摘要
高压焊接实验舱的封闭结构特征为电弧声信号在舱内低噪声传播创造了条件。在对传声器校准的基础上,建立了同步采集硬件系统,同步采集不同环境压力下脉冲MIG焊接的电流、电压和电弧声信号,并在时域和频域上分析了不同环境压力下的电弧声信号,研究电弧声信号特征与高气压环境下脉冲MIG焊接过程的相关性。结果表明,电弧声信号可以反映不同环境压力下脉冲MIG焊接的稳定性以及高压环境焊接过程的电弧能量损失,为进一步研究高压干法水下脉冲MIG焊接创造了条件。
        Closed structure characteristics of the hyperbaric welding lab created the condition for low noise transmission of arc sound signal in the cabin. The hardware of arc sound acquisition system was designed and the welding current,arc voltage based on microphone calibration and arc sound signal of pulsed MIG welding were asynchronously acquired in different ambient pressure. The relativity of arc sound signal characteristics and the process of hyperbaric pulsed MIG welding was studied based on analysis of arc sound both in time domain and frequency domain. The results show that the stability and arc energy loss of pulse MIG welding in different ambient pressure were reflected by arc sound signal,which lay the foundation for further studying on the hyperbaric pulsed MIG welding.
