摘要
本文主要分析毛细管堵塞的原因,排查和验证生产过程各失效环节,确定问题根源,通过改造毛细管凸台检测设备和完善检堵程序,从而避免异常的传递。
This paper mainly analyzed the reason of blocking in capillary tube. By searching and verifying failure processes in production, the root cause was determined. In order to avoid abnormal transmit, we transformed the measuring equipment and optimized the procedure of checking blocking.
