东莞企业工程技术人才现状调研暨工科人才就业培养模式探讨

工程技术人才作为理工科高校重点培养的人才,肩负着建设企业和社会的重任。了解工程技术人才的现状和需求,对持续改进高校相关专业的人才培养计划至关重要。本报告在大量调研的基础上,对东莞市企业工程技术人才的现状、需求进行了全方位的梳理和分析,并提出相应的改进建议,对促进高校工程技术人才培养有重要的现实意义和作用,同时希望引发企业和社会对工程技术人才的重视。
Engineering talents,as the key talents of science and engineering colleges,shoulder the important task of building enterprises and society.Understanding the current situation and needs of engineering and technical personnel is very important for the continuous improvement of the talent training plan for related majors in colleges and universities.On the basis of a large number of investigations,this report analyzes the present situation and needs of engineering and technical talents in Dongguan City,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.It has important practical significance and function to promote the cultivation of engineering technology talents in colleges and universities,and at the same time,it hopes to arouse the attention of enterprises and society to engineering technical talents.
