摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定湖南8个不同产地野生水芹及其茶制品中总黄酮含量。结果表明各产地总黄酮含量差异较大,其中以张家界地区样品含量最高,达到130. 29 mg/kg。各地野生水芹制成绿茶后总黄酮含量变化不大,而水芹制成红茶后总黄酮含量降低。因此,湖南地区野生水芹因产地不同导致总黄酮含量有差异,同时不同的制茶加工工艺对总黄酮含量也有一定影响。
        Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids in Oenanthejavaaica( BI.) DC.and tea made from Oenanthejavaaica( BI.) DC. in eight different origin of Hunan. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids varied greatly from place to place. Among them,Zhangjiajie samples had the highest content,reaching130. 29 mg/kg. After making green tea,the content of total flavonoids did not change much. After making black tea,the content of total flavonoids was reduced. Therefore,the total flavonoids content of Oenanthejavaaica( BI.) DC. in Hunan area was different due to different producing areas,at the same time,the tea processing technology also had a certain influence on the total flavonoids content.
