超声与X线对安置永久性心脏起搏器患者的随访观察

摘要
目的探究超声与X线对安置永久性心脏起搏器患者的随访观察效果。方法随机选取2016年1月至2018年2月在我院安置永久性心脏起搏器的患者共50例,依次给予患者超声、X线检查。比较两种检查对电极移位、三尖瓣返流的检出率、安置永久性心脏起搏器前及安置6个月后心功能及并发症发生情况。结果超声检查对电极移位及三尖瓣返流的检出率均高于X线检查(P<0.05);患者永久性心脏起搏器安置6个月后,心率、射血分数、心脏指数、左室每搏量、E/A均优于安置前(P<0.05)。结论安置永久性心脏起搏器患者在术后极易出现术后并发症,必须加强术后随访,超声检查能够提升电极移位及三尖瓣返流检出率,值得临床应用。
        Objective To explore the effect of follow-up observation of patients implanted permanent cardiac pacemaker by ultrasound and X-ray. Methods From January 2016 to February 2018, 50 patients permanent cardiac pacemaker in our hospital were randomly selected. Ultrasound and X-ray examination were performed in turn to patients. The detection rates of electrode displacement and tricuspid regurgitation, the cardiac function parameters before and 6 months after implantation of permanent pacemaker placement and the incidence of complications were compared. Results The detection rate of electrode displacement and tricuspid regurgitation by ultrasound examination, and complications were higher than those by X-ray examination(P <0.05). After 6 months of implantation of permanent pacemaker placement, the heart rate, ejection fraction,cardiac index, left ventricular stroke volume and E/A were better than those before implantation(P <0.05). Conclusion Postoperative complications are easy to occur in patients implanted permanent cardiac pacemaker, so follow-up should be strengthened. Ultrasound examination can improve the detection rate of electrode displacement and tricuspid regurgitation,which is worthy of clinical application.
