磁共振成像与彩色多普勒超声对早期乳腺癌诊断价值的对比

摘要
目的研究磁共振成像与彩色多普勒超声对早期乳腺癌诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年9月到2016年9月期间就诊且疑似早期乳腺癌的60例患者,全部患者接受磁共振成像与彩色多普勒超声检查,采用回顾性分析方法,对比两种检查方法诊断早期乳腺癌的准确程度。结果 60例患者经病理分析证实,早期乳腺癌患者有40例,良性乳腺病变患者有20例。磁共振成像诊断准确性明显高于彩色多普勒超声诊断准确性,组间比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论磁共振成像与彩色多普勒超声在诊断早期乳腺癌方面均具有应用价值,且MRI检查方式诊断早期乳腺癌与鉴别良恶性方面的准确性更高。
Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging and color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with suspected early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected. All patients received mri and color doppler ultrasonography.Retrospective analysis was performed to compare the accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of early adenocarcinoma. Results There were 40 cases of early breast cancer and 20 cases of benign breast disease. The diagnostic accuracy of mri was significantly higher than that of color doppler ultrasound, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Both MRI and color doppler ultrasonography have application value in the diagnosis of early breast cancer, and MRI examination method has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of early breast cancer and the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant.
