手术中应用自体血液回收机存在的问题与对策

摘要
目的探讨手术中应用自体血液回收机存在的问题与对策。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月于我院接受手术治疗的患者共30例作为研究对象,所有患者手术中都使用了自体血液回收机,分析自体血液回收机在应用过程中存在的问题和对策。结果本次实验中,30例患者平均回输血量为(683.46±234.44)m L,所有患者各项生命体征良好,无严重不良反应或并发症发生,术后恢复情况良好。结论根据患者疾病、手术类型,合理使用自体血液回收机能有效降低各种传染性疾病的感染率,提高患者手术成功率。
Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures of autologous blood recovery machine in operation. MethodsA total of 30 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients underwent autologous blood resuscitation during the operation. The problems and countermeasures in the application of autologous blood recovery machine are analyzed. Results The average blood transfusion was(683.46±234.44) m L in 30 patients. All the patients had good vital signs, no serious adverse reactions or complications occurred, and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion According to the disease of patients, the type of operation, the use of autologous blood recovery can effectively reduce the infection rate of various infectious diseases, improve the success rate of patients can be carried out.
