<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是以持续的呼吸道症状和气流受限为特征的一种气道疾病,钟南山院士指出,在中国主要致死病因中COPD排第三位(17.6%),仅次为肿瘤和脑血管疾病(19.3%和19.1%)[1-2],由此可见COPD严重危害我国公众健康。COPD可防可控,了解其发病机制对于防治至关重要。目前
