摘要
目的:建立基于GC-MS技术的代谢组学方法,研究不同产地和不同时间采收的墨旱莲代谢产物指纹图谱的差异。方法:优化提取条件及色谱条件,采用主成分分析法对不同产地及不同时间采收的墨旱莲样本进行模式识别。结果:基于优化的提取条件及色谱条件,建立了墨旱莲的GC-MS代谢组学方法,并考察了方法的稳定性,获得了小分子代谢产物的表达谱,发现不同产地及不同时间采收的样本之间代谢产物有显著性差异。结论:优化的GC-MS代谢组学方法可以从代谢水平检测墨旱莲药材,找出差异性,阐述产地及采收时间对代谢物的影响,可为墨旱莲代谢组学的进一步研究提供参考。
        Objective:To establish a metabolomics method based on GC-MS technology and study the differences of metabolite fingerprints of Ecliptae Herba harvested from different origins and at different time.Methods:The extraction conditions and chromatographic conditions were optimized,and principal component analysis was used to extract valuable information of the Ecliptae Herba samples harvested from different origins and at different time.Results:Based on the optimized extraction conditions and chromatographic conditions,GC-MS metabolomics method was established,and the stability of the method was investigated.The small molecular metabolite expression profiles were obtained,and significant differences were found among metabolites of Ecliptae Herba harvested from different origins and at different time.Conclusion:The optimized GC-MS metabolomics method could detect the differences of Ecliptae Herba samples from metabolic level,and expound the effect of different origins and harvest time on metabolites.The study could provide reference for further studies on the metabolomics of Ecliptae Herba.
